I’ve assembled a compilation of short video tweets from the public hearing on rezoning near Polks Landing on June 19th at the Chatham County commissioner’s meeting https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k-5zHU8XTUE

Developers want to rezone a piece of property adjoining Polks Landing to commercial to accommodate a new grocery store (supposedly Publix).

These were video tweets that I randomly did during the public hearing and posted on my ChathamNC twitter account. This only represents a random sampling of the folks that spoke that evening.

NOTE: I am a member of the Chatham County planning board and attempt to attend all public hearings having to deal with rezoning and planning along with regular planning board meetings. The opinions expressed in the video tweets are those of the individuals speaking.
