My name is Stephan Meyers.
If you might find yourself needing assistance with your Apple / Mac products I’d like to recommend to you John Roach.
I had attempted to download the free Sierra OS upgrade for my old MacBook Pro which by all accounts it should have worked but it didn’t. Conflict between systems resulted in a blank screen. John helped me sort it out and get up and running with no loss of data. Pretty darn amazing.
