Subject: my only and last comment on HB2
I have wrestled with this but my conclusion is simple . If Charlotte hadn’t started this against the advice of its legal team and the state it would have never been an issue period . HB2 isn’t perfect , its not right or wrong and its not hate its a response from people who were backed into a corner and had to act for the majority of us who don’t agree with men being in a women’s room or vise versa. Its that simple..
Hermaphrodites are truly transgendered and I seriously doubt one would ever hurt anyone . Its the others who put on the name of being transgendered that are perfectly male or female who have an identity crisis no surgery or hormone treatment will fix that bother me . I know this because I went to school here in Chatham county with a hermaphrodite.
No one knew she was transgendered and like 99% she was dominantly born female . There is a big difference in a hermaphrodite and some man that just puts on a dress and shaves their legs . I agree with the curmudgeon on one thing these people have an identity crisis but its no physiological problem its psychological and that is the core of my concern .I have been a mechanic for most of my life and I better than most understand the nuts and bolts of most things and I have a decent understanding of the mechanics and building blocks of the human body .
It is impossible to change a male to female or vise versa . You can do surgeries and put on lipstick but you cant change the genetics and dna of the human body . It is totally impossible so if your born a male you will be a male no matter what you do to change it . I don’t want a man or woman in a public restroom with me or my other half or my daughter and I agree that is the right of privacy due to the vast majority of us . When did this county start letting less than 1% of the population tell the rest of us what we should accept ?
Its my opinion , Im done with it Gene , Goodnite Mark
