Regional Transportation Organization Invites Chatham Residents to May 18 Workshop
PITTSBORO, NC – The Triangle Area Rural Planning Organization (TARPO) has organized a series of public workshops to share information on transportation projects identified as priorities for funding in this region and to get feedback from residents.
One of the workshops will be held in Pittsboro on Wednesday, May 18, from 6 pm to 7:30 pm in the Dunlap Building Classroom, located at 80 East Street between the Hardee’s and convenience store. Use the rear entrance of the building and the classroom will be immediately on the left.
The meetings will be conducted as drop-in workshops, with staff on hand to explain the process, answer questions, and take comments from the public. Those unable to attend the May 18 workshop in Pittsboro can attend one the workshops:
* May 9, 6-7:30 pm, Whitted Human Services Center, Room 230, Hillsborough, NC
* May 10, 6-7:30 pm, Depot Building, Sanford, NC
* May 16, 6-7:30 pm, Moore County Agriculture Building, Carthage, NC
