Subject: County zoning needs Western Chatham representation
Residents of Western Chatham, You should be aware that the Western portion of Chatham County is currently not represented on the committee which will make recommendations about County wide zoning. Since the Western half of the County is the largest unzoned area this should be of concern to you. Please let the Board of Commissioners know that someone is needed to represent your interests in this important discussion. These are the current members:

Barbara Ford
Carolyn Severson
Dist 5 member (West) possible addition later, TBD/Proposed.
No BOC Liaison at this time
BTW, the name of the committee changed last night.  It is now called; “The Alternatives to Open Use Zoning” Sub-Committee
