Subject: Cabe response to Kish – the illegal debate
I can provide some substance to the claims of Kish on illegals.
For crimes committed, including rapes and other violence, NC Fire publishes monthly and quarterly reports from court records. These reports are the latest edition. For previous reports, go to bottom of this page. One such example is:

For information on the recent foreign children crossing the border and government protection of that illegal crossing:

Chatham County was a haven for Hispanic workers and illegals. They replaced many citizens on the jobs in construction, poultry, farming and factories, when we had them. The illegal problem was recognized by the sheriff’s department, by insurance companies which had to cover uninsured motorist accidents, and by employers not using their lower wages to prosper.
I do not have, nor will I research more for this post on medical and social benefits received by illegals. However, the composition of recipients at Social Services and other agencies has changed dramatically in the past decades, from Chatham citizens to Hispanic workers, legal or illegal.
Voting is another matter entirely, but related.
This issue is not based on prejudice but on legality and propriety.
