Exercise is good for everyone, especially if you have type 2 diabetes. It is one of the best things you can do for your weight and your blood sugar levels, along with eating a good diet and taking any medicine your doctor prescribes. This clinic will explore the benefits of exercise as well as the types of exercise that are most beneficial.
