LOCAL EDIBLE & MEDICINAL PLANTS FALL FIELD STUDY
Offered through CCCC
Meets all over Chatham County
Thursdays, 1-4 pm, September 11- November 6
Meet, eat, and drink some of the abundant edible and medicinal plants growing wild in the NC Piedmont. In this hands-on field study, we’ll cover identification, ethical gathering, preparation, and usage of foraged food and plant medicine. We’ll celebrate the arrival of fall as we explore a variety of local environments.
