Circle Leader Training: The first step toward the life you want for yourself
If you want to build a more secure future for yourself and your family, and you’re ready to take the next step,
Circle Leader Training could be the right answer for you.
*It’s free — and it works.*
In Circles, you will work hard, develop a larger community of friends you can rely on, and build positive relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
If you become a Circle Leader, here’s what you can expect.
Circle Leader Training includes two types of meetings.
You’ll be involved in group classes, which start with dinner and conversations, then move on to workshops where you will learn more about yourself, what you want out of life, and what you can do to reach your goals. If you have kids, they will be part of our Children’s Circle, which includes dinner and activities that will help them develop their talents, make new friends, and build their self-confidence.
*During the 12 weeks, you will be matched with 2-3 people — called Allies — who will be there for you while you are working toward your goals.
You also will have individual meetings, where you and your Allies work on your goals at a place and time that’s best for you.
*Circle Leader Training is offered as a 12-week class.*
*1.Resources and SMART Goals 2.Life, Jobs, and Budgets* * 3.Expectations and Leadership*
After you finish all 12 weeks, you can choose to become a Circle Leader. That’s when you and your Allies make the commitment to work together for the next 12 months or until you reach your goals.
After completion: You and your allies continue to work together at least a few times a month at your convenience. Weekly Circles Community Meeting provides ongoing support for working towards achieving your goals.
