Just read the post on the Chatham Development briefing in Chapel Hill. Sponsored by the Chatham Chamber of Commerce.
Now why does it sound like, to me, a meeting of A.L.E.C.?
Re: local lawyer. So he is different. Too many want others to conform to what they are, they seem to fear people who are different. They fail to see the advantages of differences or being different. He seems to be living his life as he likes. That to me is successful living.
What people should fear are those who seek power. Those who use tactics of propaganda and fear to manipulate the public.
Another thing, all the ancestors of both blacks and whites now living here came over by boat. None of their families were original. About those they found here, didn’t they come by crossing the Bearing(sp?) Strait from Asia?
The only original thing here was the ground under your feet which soon will be in jeopardy if nothing it done to stop the chemical destruction of our resources that GOD gave us. The true original one.
