Subject: Best Computer Service and customer service EVER!
I just wanted to send a shout out for a job well done and to give my recommendation for an outstanding business.
Tritech Computers literally rescued me on 7/30 when my computer had some type of glitch that blocked me from getting on my work’s remote desktop, preventing me from finishing my end of month reports. My go-to-guy for computer stuff is my nephew, but he was in China on a business trip for 2 weeks. I was desperate to say the least. I had tried to hours to figure out the problem, but couldn’t get anywhere. I even made it a bit worse.
My friend Don recommended I try calling Tritech, and I did. Initially, someone who answered the phone gave me a suggestion to reset something, which helped a bit, but not enough to get on the site. I asked if someone could remote access the computer, and they said they would have the guy who does that call me back. Within 2 hours, I received a call from Jody who said he could help. The problem was I was at an appt in Winston until after the office closed. Jody offered to have me contact him after hours after I explained by predicament with finishing end of month reports.. I emailed him when I got home, he called right back, remoted in to my computer and fixed the problem in no time. His fee was very reasonable, and he saved the day for me.
I can’t say enough good things about Jody and his company. The other guys in the office were super nice too as I called several times. They fix computers in the store, come to your home or business, or remote access your computer when that is an option. I will use them from now on for all of my computer problems, and I suggest you do too. They are located in Siler Crossing in Siler City, behind McDonalds. 919-200-6003.
