Subject: Artists and craftspeople are invited to join art festival
Three Rivers Arts Festival, NC, will host its 5th annual art festival in Chatham County on October 18 & 19. This is a terrific local venue for artists and crafts people in Chatham County and surrounding areas. As always, we have artists using all types of media who set up in the barn, the covered riding ring and in the pasture. We will again have music all day on both Saturday and Sunday and offer food from various vendors. This year we plan to have a total of 40 vendors, almost half of which have already joined us. So far this year, we have painters, woodworkers, jewelers, potters, basketry, metal work, fiber arts, literature and various mixed media artists. We have our musicians lined up and also have beer and Italian ice. We are open to new artists/craftspeople and welcome your interest in joining us. We are located at 1064 Walter Bright Road, which is southern Chatham County. Visitors to the festival can visit and feed treats to the horses and chickens on the farm. The cost is very low at only $35 per vendor space, as we do not make any profit on the registration fees. We are sponsored by Apex Arts Council.
