Subject: Jenkins Propane – more wild stories of poor service
After my chatlist post appeared today, regarding poor service from Jenkins Propane, several folks have contacted me to relate other horror stories. And that Grandmother I mentioned, that was left two days and two nights at freezing temps with an empty tank, told me today that when Jenkins finally arrived yesterday with propane, they would not fill the tank UNLESS SHE PAID THEM PRIOR TO FILLING THE TANK. MORE THAN $500.00.
Again, if you are have trouble with this firm, if they someway are holding you hostage to a contract, agreement and are giving poor or no service, report them to North Carolina Attorney General- Consumer frauds div.
I use Cooper Gas company in Sanford. They have been reliable. As far as always getting the cheapest price, I have never been able to win that game.
