Before the invention of artificial light, and before the rigidity of clock time, humans engaged in sleeping patterns that are much different from the common “eight hours a night” recommendation. This clinic will explore our ancestor’s sleeping patterns to uncover how we can optimize our own sleep.
DCFL Fitness Clinics are 30-minute informative sessions on a wide range of health and fitness-related topics. Space is limited – registration is required.
