We have been getting eggs from Hilary and her husband since the following post was posted by her on the Chatlist. I would like to give a shout out to them and the eggs we are receiving from their flock of chickens. The yolks are deeply colored; the flavor of a fresh egg is so good! My husband and I have been the proud owners of a flock of 15 hens since last fall. Now that the spring has sprung and the ladies have grown up a little, we are getting may more eggs than we can use in a given week. We’d like to set up an egg delivery with 5 or 6 families in the area who are looking for locally raised, natural, free-range, happy eggs! We live off Hanks Chapel and are happy to deliver to folks in the Pittsboro area. We sell a dozen for $4, or two dozen for $7.
