Subject: Inaugural Children’s Program at New CCHA Museum July 26, 10:30 AM

The Chatham County Historical Association and Grand Trees of Chatham are delighted to present the inaugural children’s program in the newly-renovated Chatham Historical Museum housed in the historic Chatham County Courthouse.

Join us Friday, July 26, at 10:30 AM.

We will read stories, play games, and do a treasure hunt to “find the trees” in the museum.   Learn how forests created North Carolina’s colonial economy and ways forest products have changed, or not, over time to the present day.

Free and open to the public.  For those who would like to visit after the program, the museum will be open until 4 PM.  The regular museum hours are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11 AM to 4 PM.
