I have had a few issues with our Century Link service, both phone and internet. Each time, I have contacted Dacia Labounty and she has made sure that the issue is resolved immediately. She had originally contacted me after reading my complaints on Chatlist. I really appreciate the speed and professionalism with which she addresses the matters.
