Monday, February 18
10 am:Microsoft Word Basics (registration required, (919) 545-8086)
7  pm:Author Jonathan Schectman reads from and discusses his book “Bound for the Future: Child Heroes of the Underground Railroad.” The underground railroad started with a few nails not too far from here. Don’t miss this fascinating look into the development of the underground railroad and its ties to North Carolina.

Tuesday, February 19
9:30 am:Infant/Toddler story time with Miss Beth
10:30 am:Preschool story time with Miss Beth

Wednesday, February 20
2 pm: Computer lab closed to the public for a CCCC class

Thursday, February 21
9-noon; 1-3 pm:Genealogy volunteers will help with family research

6:30 pm:Red Clay Review Event. Join the authors of works published in this year’s Red Clay Review for an evening of readings.

10:30 am:Join author, musician, and WRAL anchor Bill Leslie for a program that will include music and discussion of his book “Blue Ridge Reunion,” featuring paintings by the author’s father.
