Subject: Century Link Update
I just want to follow-up on my original post re. century link, as it led to other postings of indidual experiences. Century Link representatives and technicians have made tremendous effort to help, and extending their efforts “beyond the call of duty” to trouble shoot inside-house issues.
We have been reliably and consistently connected to the internet over the past week. We have had some phone static issues which they have also agressively investigated, and may be my phone/answering machine. I’m certainly willing to procure a different phone at this point to test that issue before expecting Century Link to trouble shoot any further.
I do believe and experience Century Link to be more invested in our service area than in times past. I want to again remind us all the importance of supporting area business which only helps us in the end. When Century Link is showing such a favorable response to our needs, it seems to me in our best interest to support their efforts and presence in our area.
