In today’s highly diverse and global world, it has never been more important to better understand and be understood by people from other cultures whether we encounter them in our daily lives or in travels abroad. Learn about the many elements of cultural differences that exist in the way we gather and process information, make decisions, manage time and relate to others. The program includes anecdotes and discussion of situations and experiences that will develop our ability to become more effective in our multi-cultural exchanges.
