Duke Center for Living at Fearrington hosts monthly Fitness Clinics, free 30-minute informative sessions on a wide range of health and fitness-related topics. Space is limited- registration is required.

* Nutrition Spotlight: Dietary Fat – The Good, The Bad and The Ugly – Monday, Feb 20th, 1pm A healthy diet should include some fat. Learn about how to incorporate “healthy fats” into your diet plan.
* How to Stay Hydrated During Winter – Wednesday Feb 29th, 1pm Dehydration can be just as common in the winter as in the summer. Learn how to stay hydrated during the cold weather.
