Evidently, the transition from a metropolitan area to rural Chatham can be difficult for some

Good for you, Gene! You have been patient and kind enough to take your time to provide those who are interested a venue to discuss their topic. (oh and yes you have so much free time! What between your family, church, job, covering our local children’s sporting events, school board happenings, the Chatham Journal, and of course, this blessed resource to all of Chatham).

Some folks have a one track mind and think we all care! I admit guilt when it comes to having a one track mind and thinking that EVERYONE cares about politics as much as I do! But I don’t post constantly about it! Gene, I am convinced that Governor Romney will be the next leader of the free world and THEREFORE he will have a global impact and so I THINK you should allow us all to discuss it constantly on the Chatlist.

Do you agree with me people? No? Really? Well you SHOULD because it’s VERY IMPORTANT TO ME!

I find this lady’s opening remark about her “transition from Metro to rural Chatham to be *interesting*” to be condescending to say the least.

Get the heck over yourself people. We’re just not that into you.
