Darryl and Joan,
Thank you so much for the plug! It means a lot.

Darryl,
Regarding a “more visible location”…we have tried getting a more visible location for the last two years with no luck. We had to take what we could get that suited both our needs and the needs of the owner.

As some of you have heard, we are selling the mobile espresso van. A link can be found on our website (we’re still adding info to it). We were hoping we could do a brick and mortar, but with this economy and other challenges, it is not going to be possible. She will do much better in a bigger city without the small town issues we’ve faced due to creating such an innovative business concept that was not accepted by some leaders and caused a lot more issues than we should have ever faced. Only a handful of those issues were made public. The enforcement of our directional signs was the last straw.

On the plus side, there are 7 specialty beverage places in town you can choose from so you’re in good hands. But wait…don’t cross us off your list just yet. We’ll continue to operate until we sell the van. We have met some of the best people and developed relationships that make all the struggles and hardships worth it. Nothing brought more joy to our faces than to see the smile on yours after taking the first sip!!

Cheers,
Shot of ‘Spro Mobile Espresso

I second this post! It was a great find and I wish they had a more visible location.

May I recommend that you try the coffe products or anything else on the truck from this vendor.  Yummy and made to order.  A little hard to find them if you don’t know where to look.  The truck is parked on the street that goes in front of  the P’Boro Fire Department, and they are around the curve almost out of view when coming into town from the direction of Sanford.
