Subject: Vance and the GSC
As one of the public complainers I want to thank Vance for his chatlist post. It was very encouraging to know that if there is a problem there are mechanisms for reporting it, and I plan to come out at least once this week for breakfast or lunch, and to once again make the GSC one of my regular stops.
I think it was frustration that caused so many of us to be vocal on the board. In the past when I tried to relay a concern to the wait staff it was not well received and I really didn’t know what else to do.
Anyway, thanks Vance for your commitment to keeping your customers and we will work on our end of the bargain as well.
