In any restaurant business your employees are what makes the place succeed.
If you do not have happy employees you do not have the greatest environment to work in. When you tell your employees that they will have to wait till Monday to cash their paychecks,after they work hard all week, you have a problem. Better yet, when you do pay them anyway knowing there is no money to cover their checks, you have a problem. The employee then incurs fees from a bounced check thinking they had their expenses covered. Hence the possibility of bad service ? I think so.
Take a look around GSC, some of those familiar employees had left and went elsewhere, because of such occurrence’s. When you look at the rating from the Health Inspector do you actually know what that score is based on? They are based on cleanliness of the kitchen and establishment, temps of the foods, where they are stored, how the foods are stored, etc. It is not simply the taste of the food, but also the safety. When you serve salads, chicken salads, etc. below temp there is a danger there. Just an opinion, but I never suggest that place.
But I do know of the GSC behind the scenes very well.
