Hello all- I saw the posts on the chatlist recently and would like to invite everyone to visit my store, New Horizons Trading Company, which is located in the middle of the downtown Pittsboro business district. New Horizons sells a wide variety of eclectic and unique gifts, jewelry, and great cards.
The backbone of our business, however, is clothes and shoes. Our shoe lines include Dansko, Merrell, Keen, Alegria, Naot, Earth, Earthies, Blundstone, Chaco, El Naturalista, Aetrex, Jambu, Born, Birkenstock, Crocs, Emu, Bernie Mev and Muk Luks. For clothes we carry Cut Loose, Eucalyptus, and Nomadic Traders as well as JAG jeans and beautiful sweaters from Pure and Wind River.
While we aren’t a big box store, we do carry enough merchandise to keep people coming in to see what’s new.
New Horizons first opened at 52 Hillsboro Street in the summer of 2000, employs 7 Chatham County residents and is open 7 days a week. We hope to see you soon!.
