Burrito Bash for Haw River Assy & Clean Jordan Lake
Support these two great organizations with an evening of music and dancing, with the fabulous all-gal band, Betty and the Backwoods opening, heading on stage around 6:30 p.m. They’ve got Katie Kenlan on accordion, Hope Wilder on cello and Sam Overmyer on drums! Fred Royal’s Pittsboro All-stars will follow at 7:30! Also come for the silent auction, prizes for best trash art, and of course, the famous General Store burritos! Jazz with Tony Galiani
The Tony Galiani Band plays a variety of jazz styles with an emphasis on improvisation and interplay among the group members. Their repertoire features a variety of jazz styles and arrangements which allow the band to stretch out on each tune. The band features Mietek Glinkowski on violin and Doug Norton on piano. Bill Hayes may play drums and Tony Galiani – bass.

String Peddlers
The String Peddlers is an acoustic band out of Raleigh, NC. They play an eclectic mix that could range from blues to reggae, from calypso to folk. You might hear mandolins, harmonicas, strumsticks, and even the occasional kalimba. Without missing a beat it could go from Johnny Cash, to Jimmy Reed, to the Melodians.

Hank Bowman Band
The band formed out of the respect for traditional American music but a love for genres spanning from reggae to Delta blues and a belief that music can change, become new and still evoke the deep ancient tones within. Hank Bowman is a singer/songwriter from North Carolina and joining him will be enlightened bass player, Julie Brown, Stan Brown, undoubtedly one of the best to ever pick the five string banjo and Spencer Mobley, known for his crowd pleasing romps through a melody that brings you to edge of your seat.
