Dear Tony,
In response to your chalist email, may I suppose no one has ever shared with you about the molecular composition of trees? They are beautiful crystals. When we are surrounded by nature, particularly trees it is like a pure light source; and yes they provide us with clean air, nuts and fruits, food for the wildlife you would love to have abandon you. May I suppose also neither you nor Cliff have ever lost a loved one?
When I moved to North Carolina seventeen years ago I did so knowing ahead of time there was an alternative veterinarian here in Chatham County, who was courageous enough to think outside the box closing an allopathic practice to truly help heal animals. He, Dr. Charles Loops, helped me yesterday process the loss of one of the cats I brought with me on that trip down seventeen years ago. He sits in an unpretentious office surrounded by trees wearing a headset solving some of the most complex cancer cases no average veterinarian can handle. Making that change to be truly authentic healed his soul, as it has mine. It is those trees in Chatham County that help us connect, relax and bring the same peace and healing to all those around us. As for the wildlife, they speak for themselves. They already know about purity in purpose.
So on this day as I place my beloved feline friend in the soil of Chatham County, it is my prayer you will be able to look deep inside yourself and embrace both those trees and the wildlife in them before it is too late for you to heal. I do apologize. I am not a tree hugger, nor a vegan and you are probably not a cat lover either. But I do pray when you die a tree shades you, the deer bless your grave with their gentle breath as they graze and a cat purrs for you. Then you will know you are in Heaven!! For it is to the same soil we each, those trees and the wildlife will all return. Why not share it with something besides automobiles, black top and concrete??? You can’t take progress or the money it brings with you when you leave this life….only love and peace if you have found it.
Blessed memory little Julianna! She was a very uncommon cat,
