I don’t normally comment on others’ postings regarding companies, but in this instance i will make an exception. I fully endorse Jeff’s recommendation of Performance Auto.
I made inquiries when first moving to Pittsboro in 2004, and following recommendations, have used Performance Auto for my vehicles ever since. I cannot speak more highly of them. Their pricing is reasonable, service is very friendly and professional and they are most accommodating. They are “honest brokers” who give it to you straight. They have recommended other entities to perform work that they may not do (e.g. Bodywork) and I have always had good experience with their suggestions, and the pricing of those jobs.
