Martial Arts is instinctive. It is natural. It comes from deep inside us.

Everything in nature has learned to protect itself. We know how to protect ourselves as well. The knowledge is in each one of us and the greatest lesson you will learn is how to get out of your own way.

We teach a natural martial art system named Kantan. This system follows the natural way of dealing with dangerous, unknown situations. Training includes using meditation techinques to overcome fear in order to think more clearly while still being engaged in the environment around you. We call this meditation Qi Gong, and it also comes from deep inside you. Qi Gong is as creative and original as the individual who wields it.

Kantan includes a series of physical Qi Gong exercises that takes the body through its full range of motion.

Using these exercises inspired by the way an infant moves, Kantan creates a feeling of well being and life long health.
