Subject: Old county newspapers
I want to research some local history in the period 1910-1915, and especially around 1911-12. Does any chatlister know if there is a collection of Chatham County newspapers from those years available within the county itself?
I think UNC’s Southern Collection has them on microfilm. It would be no problem for me to go there, but I was hoping they might be available in or near Pittsboro.
