Or you may eat them! Probably have some age on them and cooking will have to be long and slow and low to help be tender. Feathers really difficult to remove – prepare by simmering whole animal in big pot to loosen feathers and this helps the cooking too. Gut like a chicken. (I reduced my flock to give as Christmas presents once. Selected out the best looking, and harvested all the males! No embsden chicks the next Spring! Still have pictures!. So ended my domestic flock only to be replaced by wild geese who split time between pond at neighbors, flying in here at dusk! Beautiful.)
