Subject: Carpool: Daily commute from Pittsboro to Apex and back
I’m looking for a friendly person (non-smoker) with reliable transportation, who is also a safe driver, to take turns (every other week) driving each other to and from work. I live in Pittsboro and work in Apex. I need to be at work just before 8am and I leave at 5pm, Monday through Friday.
The reason I’m posting this is because I actually see the same cars on my commute and some of them even get on/off the same exits. It’s going to be tricky because, unless we live and work near each other, it could end up being more of a pain in the butt. I know the odds are against me but I figured it was worth a try.
I live off of Silk Hope/Gum Springs road and get on 64 at exit 381 (off of NC 87). I work close to downtown Apex and I get off 64 at the Salem street exit. So, if you live and work near me and want to cut your fuel costs in half, please reply and we’ll see if we can work something out. Thanks.
