Subject: Cell Phone Coverage Issues
For what it’s worth…..
I’ve used Sprint for years, and still do. About a year ago my coverage tanked. Since I travel quite abit in our area with my business, I already knew where the dead zones were. I also lost coverage at my home……which had never happened before.This gave me the courage to protest vigorously. My repeated calls were met with the standard excuses.
Through persistence I finally, (somehow), ended up talking with a guy in Texas. He listened to my plea, and agreed to check it out from his end. He stated that there was a malfunction on the tower closest to PBO, and had been for some time.
First make sure your right, then fight. Armed with this ammo, I repeatedly contacted the “local” Sprint reps.I told them their excuses weren’t acceptable anymore, because I knew about the tower malfunction. The story changed, and I started getting “we’re working on it”
I told them I’d like to be working too……..and I need my coverage back, now.
It done got fixed, and I’m still happy with Sprint.
