Hi Everyone!
If you are a fan of Elvis, you may want to reserve the date of Saturday evening, June 11, 2011. Keith Henderson of Chapel Hill will present an “Illusions of the King” concert in the fellowship hall at Mount Carmel Baptist Church. The concert will consist of Elvis “classics” and “gospel music”.
Henderson has been bringing back memories of Elvis Presley with his award-winning, family-friendly performances for more than 20 years. Noted for his superior vocal talent, Keith takes pride that his performance is completely natural and the delivery of each song is filled with emotion, so that the audience not only hears the music, but “experiences” the song.
Showtime is 7:30 pm. Doors open at 6:30 (Ice cream and treats). Please come out and support this fundraiser for the building fund at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Chapel Hill!
Concert tickets are $25 per person and includes the ice cream social.
The Raffle package contains a Carolina basketball autographed by former coach DEAN SMITH and COACH ROY WILLIAMS and a handmade UNC afghan. The drawing for the UNC package will take place at the concert on June 11. You do not have to be present to win. Raffle tickets are available at $5.00 each or 5 tickets for $20.
