Subject: Northwood Sports Update
We had some exciting games of basketball played at Northwood on Saturday against JM! Our JV boys and both varsity girls and boys teams lost to JM in the final seconds of each game. Thank you to everyone that helped out with tickets and supervision with over half of Chatham County in our gymnasium!
The wrestling team traveled to North Davidson for another tournament and we had Zack Vanhoy place 1st, Trent Harris place 2nd, Wyatt Kimmy, Jon Jon Strowd, Peter Perry, Daniel Foushee place 4th, James Buchanon 5th place, Devin Herndon and Terrance Gordon 6th place. The team placed 6th out of 11 teams (most 3A and 4A teams). Wrestling has Conference Tournament next Saturday.

Tuesday: Basketball Triple header with DSA (boys JV 430/ girls varsity 6:00/ boys varsity 7:30)
Friday: JV Girls vs. Orange High School at 4:30
