Pittsboro, NC – Chatham County commissioners Sally Kost and George Lucier met with county department heads on Tuesday morning to discuss employee salaries.
Commissioners Kost and Lucier told department heads that all the information that Bunkey Morgan had been putting in the newspaper were lies. They did not know where he had gotten all of his information.*
The department heads were also told that they were not being told this to sway anyone’s vote.
Commissioner George Lucier is up for reelection this year.
Do commissioners need another excuse for not paying employees the increase they earned?
