Yes Clinton did it but the Republicans controlled Congress. So who do you blame?
I also blame Clinton and the Democrats for being spineless as they are now.
Eight years of “war” and a total distraction from what is important. Our country and our people deserve more and yet we whine over real estate values. Left alone, the land is fine but the greedy people are the ones that screwed it up.
WHO DO YOU BLAME?
The local choices should be the same as when I moved to Chatham County in 1993. Live within your means. A 1200 sq. ft house is fine unless you have a really big familly. The tax base will support what is needed if not then we are not living within our means, The rest of it is pure politics so vote with your conscious.
Travel abroad and you might get a new prospective on AMERICA – “Land of the Free?”
