This needs to be made clear with no exceptions . . . some posts about our
Thursday lunches at St. Bart’s have been misleading. Whether they are true
or not, they get to be blown out of proportion.

AT ST. BART’S ALL ARE WELCOME, NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE.  That is our policy
it is God’s blessed policy.

YOU are welcome to eat with us, dance in the street with us, celebrate with
us, worship with us, commune with us, visit with us, join us and become a
part of our lives.

Yes, BioFuels folks are most welcome, along with the poor, the hungry, the
sick, the friendless, the destitute, the well-off, the haughty rich, the
generous, the jobless, gay or straight, single or married, etc., etc. If you
are able to make a contribution, good; if you are not able, it doesn’t
matter.  Nobody is keeping score.

All God’s children are welcome at St. Bart’s. ‘Red and Yellow, Black and
White, YOU are precious in His sight.’

If you hear stories about St. Bart’s lunches, particularly if they are
second hand, be wary, we are trying our best to do our best. We have no
little old gray haired ladies who volunteer, although they are welcome.
Whenever there is peanut oil in use, we’ll let you know.

Blessings and peace,

Jim Hinkley
