Hey y’all,
I’m a relatively new member to the list who’s been enjoying the local discussions. I’m compelled to post now to tell all of the dog owners (and foster folks) out there about a fabulous,best-kept secret! Attagirl K9 is offering its second session of Obedience Training beginning the first Saturday in June and running 6 weeks. I just completed the inaugural session which was soooo good, I’ve signed up for round 2 with another of my dogs!
Attagirl is run by Lisa Mayhew, who is, no exaggeration, dog-trainer extraordinaire!! One of Lisa’s passions is to train dogs for search and rescue, and she brings all of her dedication, patience, and wealth of knowledge to her obediance classes. Over the years, I’ve worked with several trainers here and in my native New England, and I have to say, Lisa is one
of the best…but don’t ask me, ask my dog!! 😉
