Subject: RE: Flowering Tree Identification
I just wanted to thank all who responded to my request for a plant identification. It appears to be some kind of wild azalea even though it’s more of a small tree rather than bush form.
Here are a couple of links that show what I saw except for the form of the plant. It may look more tree-like because of it’s position in the woods though or it may be a slightly different variety. The flowers and leaves look pretty much identical to the ones shown on the links below though.
