Chatham County Really Is Something to See!

Saturday , February 28th you’ll have the opportunity to see for yourself during the 2nd Annual Polar Bear Poker Run .  This fun event, sponsored by the Chatham County Concerned Bikers Association ( CBA ) and the Motorcycle Safety Awareness Program ( MSAP ), will be honoring our seniors throughout Chatham County.  All motorcycles and vehicles of  any make and model are encouraged to participate.

The 65 mile trek across Chatham County begins at the Pittsboro Council on Aging with 3 pitt stops.   Registration begins at 11:00 a.m.  Ride leaves out at noon with a sheriff escort the entire route. $10 for 1 poker hand / $15 for 2.  The conclusion of the ride will be at the Siler City Council on Aging with food, music, door prizes, 50/50 raffle, and best/worst poker hand prizes.

Get your friends and family together for an awesome ride.  There will be plenty of motorcycles to admire, classic show cars, muscle cars,
old and new, everyday cars and trucks, clunkers (but drivable!) …all while benefiting our seniors of Chatham County.  Tell your friends to bring their “beauty” out for a spin around beautiful Chatham County….and bring grandma and grandpa with you!
