This is not a business as there is no charge.
I wanted to make everyone aware that I have started a support group for family members and friends who have lost their loved ones through either homicide or suicide. As those of you who have experienced this tragedy in your lives , you probably know it can be a very isolating experience. Even though people try they cannot possibly imagine the devastation, trauma, and horror that you might be living with.
This group meets once a month in Pittsboro. There is no charge.The purpose is to have a safe place that is supportive, confidential and non judgemental to be able to talk to others who may understand what you are going through.I also want to make this group open to those who are trying to support someone who is experiency this kind of loss. It can be helpful to know what is helpful and what may not be.
