Beggars and Choosers is going into it’s 32nd year! Wow I find that hard to believe and I’m the owner!!!
My specialty is vintage clothing and accessories (that includes hats-shoes-purses-ties-aprons-slips-corsets-boas-crowns- masks-costumes-and lotsa jewelry) also carry antique to usedfurniture,china,silverware,pictures,books,arttreasures,linens,quilts,dolls,old toys, and lotsa odds and ends.
Pittsboro has been a great place for our business because of being so close to all the colleges and universities. Through the years I’ve costumed movies,play productions,church old fashion days and Halloween and theme parties. This has been a great place to raise our boys (now young men) and has supported our business through the years. We are lucky to be in such a supportive community where talented and good people are abounding. I hope that people will shop locally this year and support all the wonderful business’s in town. Don’t forget the Chatham Artists Studio tour the next two weekends. We again are lucky to have so much local talent. By buying locally you support your community and what you get in return is PRICELESS!!
