Subject: Chatham County Arts Council Announces Deadline for Grassroots Grants Application
It’s Grassroots Grants time! The Chatham County Arts Council, in partnership with the North Carolina Arts Council <http://www.ncarts.org/> , offers these super-helpful grants to Chatham County organizations to help fund arts programs.
To be eligible, your org will need to be able to say yes to all of these questions:
* Are you an organization? (This one ain’t for individuals, folks.)
* Have you been in operation for at least one year? (501(c)(3) status is preferred, but not required.)
* Do you have an arts mission-or do you have a program that uses the arts to help accomplish your mission?
* Are you based in Chatham County?
* Do you carry out your work in Chatham County?
* Can you submit your application and support materials by July 31st?
If your group said yes to all of the above please visit the Chatham County Arts Council <http://www.chathamarts.org> website to find the applications and guidelines! Applications are due July 31st, so get on it, y’all!
