Subject: Food Drive for CORA at Chatham Community Library
Throughout the month of May, Chatham Community Library will be collecting food for CORA. Nearly 50% of the food distributed by CORA comes from donations. Non-perishable foods are welcome; however, these items are especially needed: soups, canned vegetables, “light” canned fruits, canned salmon, canned beans, baking mix, and cereal.
All items should be in their original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept any foods that are past their expiration dates.
Donations are welcome during library hours: Monday through Thursday, 9-8; Friday 9-6; Saturday 9-5

We just saw the library paving stone which we purchased in memory of our son, who died 3 years ago. We are very impressed with the job that was done, and thrilled that our family will see his beloved name every time we go into our wonderful library (which is often!).

Subject: Sad Fish at Library
Ben – you shouldn’t attack Cindy just because she has expressed concern about the fish. She is concerned – accept it, deal with it constructively or let it go – don’t be mean.
Cindy – have you talked to the Librarians/staff at the library about the fish? Maybe if you talk to them and express your concerns, they will offer a solution or feedback…maybe a larger tank? Do you or anyone you know have one they can donate?
