Family Fun Nights will be held at the Bynum General Store building on Oct. 6 and Oct. 20th from 6:30-7:30.  This Science themed series will be held every other Thursday in October and November, with an additional Saturday Science held Nov. 5th (2:30-3:30 pm).

Oct. 6 Creepy Crawly Fun -It’s the perfect time of year for some non-spooky fun too!  Race worms, make slime, and do fun experiments with live bugs!

Oct. 20 – Mummy Mystery - Use hieroglyphic clues and body experiments to learn about our mysterious mummy.

Subject: Bynum Front Porch looking for new board members and committee members

Bynum Front Porch (BFP), a nonprofit organization dedicated to keeping the spirit of Bynum alive, is looking for new board members for two-year terms, starting in January 2012. We are also looking for community volunteers for our various committees.

BFP coordinates the summer music series at the Bynum General Store and facilitates community-use of the store; it also hosts several signature events throughout the year.
