The Cook Family sings free gospel concert on February 12
SILER CITY – The Cook Family, a Southern gospel group based in Denton, will perform a free public concert on February 12 as part of the =22third sundays =40 rocky river=22 series.
Sponsored by Rocky River Baptist Church, the series brings musicians and other family-oriented entertainment to western Chatham, usually on the third Sunday of every month. The Cook Family concert begins at 6 p.m. in the church fellowship building.

Ginny Goings and Tom Henderson will be presenting an Interplay workshop at St. Bartholomew’s Church in downtown Pittsboro on Saturday,January 28 from 9-3.
Bring a brown bag lunch. Beverages are provided.
Suggested donation: $25.
Interplay is a body of knowledge and system leading to greater ease in life. It incorporates play, movement, expression and collaboration. Interplay practice develops individual ability to collaborate and lead with others, be more creative, manage change and uncertainty, expand awareness and confidence, and enhance creativity.
