From: Kathy Hotelling
Subject: Cinderella’s Closet Needs Storage Space

In its second year, Cinderella’s Closet is a Chatham County project which provides the experience of a lifetime and formal wear to girls that could not otherwise attend prom.  We are partnering again this year with a similar project in Chapel Hill sponsored by Christ Church.

More information and requests will be forthcoming, but we are in need of a climate controlled storage facility for the dresses and accessories that we acquire.  If you can donate the use of such a facility, or can gather monies from friends and neighbors to support this event which was such a success last year, please contact me.

From: Jasmina Nogo
Subject: Hispanic Liaison Winter Coat Drive

Greetings Chatham Chatters!

I hope you’re all enjoying the mild winter weather so far and having a festive holiday season. Although the weather’s been moderate over the last few weeks we do all need to get ready for those occasional North Carolina blizzards and cold mornings and nights. We’re doing a Winter Coat Drive at the Hispanic Liaison to help our clients and their kids be better prepared for the winter weather. If you have old coats that you no longer use and are looking for a place to donate them, please send them our way! I’m happy to pick up in Pittsboro, or if you want to drop them off by our offices that’d be great too.
