Hello:
      I’ve been going to Chatham Family Medicine & Obstetrics since about 1978.  The doctor that I see is Dr. Holt, but both Dr. Tyler and Dr. Butler are great physicians, also.

     I attribute being able to walk to Dr. Holt, for he continued insisting that the doctors at UNC Hospitals take a closer look at my case.  Sure enough, a tumor was discovered on my spine, and after surgery I made a complete recovery.

Also, look towards the end of our most recent newsletters (under the Publications tab) for information about getting clothing treated with Insect Shield.  Wearing treated clothing is really helpful. Be aware no method is completely fool-proof.

Make Leap Day a Special Day!

Come to North Chatham School (2-6:30 pm in the multipurpose room) this Wednesday (Feb. 29th) to make a blood donation at the American Red Cross Blood Drive.  This is the 11th year that North Chatham School (on Lystra Road) has hosted a blood drive to benefit the community and to be a convenient Chatham donation site. We will have a double-cell donor machine in addition to a speedier process this year.  Please call or email Bev Sizemore (542-1796, bevsize@email.unc.edu as soon as possible to make an appointment for your preferred time slot.  We also accept walk-ins.  Thank you for helping to save lives!
